Printing a ticket

Hi,

We were caught out by it not being possible to print a ticket, at least in usable form.

We have a number of internal teams that have started using Monday as a service desk and some are not technical or it’s not appropriate to use a device to access Monday directly. So printing is a simple workaround for this.

It would be helpful if the print reflected the current ticket view, so the columns included can be adjusted.

Print a paper copy of a ticket as a job ticket to physically give someone to complete a job.
