Hi. We have a Candidate Database board and an Interviews board. When we create a new item on Interviews, we capture certain information such as Candidate Source and Candidate Owner, data which is stored on the item record on Candidate Database. Is there a way to pull this information in to the Interviews item record automatically without us having to type it in manually each time?
Hey there. You’ll want to use the connected and mirror columns. ie on the Interviews board have a connected column where you can pick the candidate that’ the interview is tied to. Then you’ll add mirror columns that pull info from the candidate board related to that specific candidate.

Welcome to this community! AS Desiree mentioned you can do this with connect_boards and mirror columns. If you want your data in you Interviews board in normal (not mirror) column you can also use the app Match Index Column.

Like everyone has suggested - I think Mirror Columns should be sufficient for your use-case.
