Hey everyone!

Mirror Item Multiple Boards has had a big glow-up over the past month, and it’s now even easier to work with the same item across multiple boards — including updates and subitems, fully in sync.

If you’re new to the app: it lets you mirror one item to multiple boards and keep everything aligned, so teams don’t have to jump between boards or duplicate work.

What’s new (Jan–March):

  • :eyes: Visual emoji indicators to instantly see which items are mirrored

  • :repeat_button: One-way syncing for tighter control over how data flows

  • :high_voltage: New automation templates, including:
When a person is assigned → mirror the item to a target board & group

  • :label: Update source tagging – every synced update clearly shows which board it came from

These updates make cross-board collaboration clearer, more controlled, and way easier to manage at scale.

Happy to answer any questions or hear feedback from anyone using it!

Hey everyone! :waving_hand:

Just launched GanttGo in the Marketplace. It’s a Gantt chart board view focused on one thing:
exporting project timelines you can actually share with clients.

What it does:

:bar_chart: Multi-page PDF/Excel/PowerPoint export with dependency arrows preserved

:link: Drag-to-create dependencies visually

:pencil: Drag task bars to edit dates, synced back to Monday in real-time

:red_circle: Critical path highlighting

:spiral_calendar: Holiday presets (US, UK, EU, German, French) + custom dates

:file_folder: Subitem support with proper indentation

:crescent_moon: Dark mode

Free tier: 50 items. Pro: 1000 items, custom logos, scheduled exports.

Would love feedback from anyone who tries it!

This last month has been very busy for our Microsoft 365 SharePoint & Outlook integration for monday.com.

So, what’s new this month?

tl;dr: Absolutely loads! Read on

Outlook Calendar workflows

SharePoint workflows

Import from Excel

  • Improved date/time support, based on the automation owner’s own specified timezone

Support for Sidekick AI

Improved onboarding

  • We’ve also massively improved our onboarding experience, so it’s never been easier to make monday.com work with Microsoft 365.

App listed on the Microsoft Marketplace

As you can see from all the new features added in just one month, we are very actively expanding the features and capabilities of this already very powerful app.

If you use both monday.com and Microsoft 365, we really think this is one app to rule them all.

Hello everyone!

I’m happy to present Split to groups application which helps moving items to the multiple groups at once using item column value as target group name.

It could help after import which currently creates items only in the single new group or for the board reorganization: you can calculate new Groups in Formula column and app will move items where they should be.

Hi monday community!

We’re excited to introduce Automation Scheduler, a new app built by CarbonApps that adds something monday doesn’t currently support natively:

Scheduling Bulk Filtered Automations.

Most monday automations are reactive. They run when something changes on an item. That works well, but it also means boards slowly drift over time. Overdue items pile up, timers keep running, and stale statuses slip through unless someone manually cleans things up.

Automation Scheduler takes a different approach.

Instead of waiting for triggers, Automation Scheduler:

  • Runs on a schedule you define
  • Scans your entire board
  • Evaluates conditions across all items
  • Takes action in bulk on every matched item

This makes it possible to do things like:

  • Daily overdue task handling
  • Automatically stopping running timers
  • Weekly board cleanup and archiving
  • Flagging items that haven’t been updated in days
  • Scheduled follow-ups on deals or client work
  • + hundreds of other use cases

All without touching a single status, using convoluted workarounds, or relying on an item-level trigger.

If you’re responsible for board health, workflow governance, or operational consistency on monday, this fills a big gap between reactive automations and true system-wide control.

Schedule a demo with our team, and we’ll show you how it works!

The app is currently free to use while in our early release phase, so we encourage you to use it as much as possible and share your feedback!

Add to monday.com

Happy to answer questions or hear how you’d use scheduled automation in your workflow.

Hey monday community :waving_hand:

We just launched PermitNerd in the Marketplace.

It’s built specifically for construction and development teams who use monday.com but still track building permits outside their workflow.

Most teams manage permits through city portals, spreadsheets, and email threads — which makes it hard to keep permit status visible once a job is underway.

PermitNerd lets you:

:magnifying_glass_tilted_right: Search real building permit data across supported cities

:pushpin: Pin permit records directly to your monday boards

:building_construction: Keep permit status visible alongside your project tasks

:card_index_dividers: Reduce reliance on external portals during active construction

The goal is simple:

Bring permit visibility into monday instead of reacting when something stalls.

We’re early and actively improving based on feedback. If you manage projects where permits impact timelines, we’d love your thoughts.

You can find it by searching “PermitNerd” in the monday Marketplace.

Happy to answer any questions or hear how you’re currently tracking permits inside monday.
