Querying Audit Log API

I am looking to query the audit-api/get-logs. As of now I guess it returns the data without any unique row id for each item. Hence if an offline copy in our premises need to sync the same it needs to locally clear the catalog and start downloading data all over again.

Does Monday have a workaround for this limitation?

I am not sure I understand the question. What do you need to query for exactly?

A unique item’s data? If so, what data?
