One issue and one suggestion for Quotes and Invoices:
The resultant PDF that can be downloaded is not liked by Adobe e-sign. Which is the Docusign service we use to authorise Quotes (orders) with customers. It fails to send and has to be converted to a different format. This is on Mac using the Online Adobe e-sign service. And behaviour is that it seems to send ok, then after a minute cancels the document. There are some occasions where it throws a straight error uploading.
Second is a request.
Once the Document is signed there needs to be a simpler process for storing that document and making the signed Quote available in other boards. It’s the signed Quote note the draft one that’s most important. A use case is that when the Quote is signed we ‘win’ the Deal in Opportunities and then it creates a Customer account on a Customer Account board. I want to be able to view the signed order there.
The last suggestion is that I want to connect other boards to the Quotes and Invoices board, but I cannot use the Match recipe as it doesn’t see the Quotes and Invoices board as available to connect.
