I’m working on a cost estimation template and I would like to relate each item to a specific label, later I want to have the total cost by label and in another board. Can you help me to figure out how to do it?

The app Rollup Multiple Boards can do that for you. There is a full video for this app to be found here.
The app might be an overkill because it rollup up multiple boards. It can do just one of course and I don’t know if you have more of the same boards where you want to aggregates costs (filtered by label) to another board.
