Hi,

Hello @robcrac
The My Work calendar only shows reminders that are assigned to you, not reminders you’ve sent to other people for updates. There isn’t currently a way to view sent update reminders in the My Work calendar view.
A couple of workarounds you might find helpful:
• Check the Notifications bell to confirm when reminders were triggered
• Use automations or a dedicated status/date column to track follow ups more visibly on the board

Hallo @drtanvisachar,
thank you for the answer. Some of my colleagues write an update and set a reminder to remind themselves that a future activity is linked to that update (for example, today I contacted a customer and in two weeks I want to contact them again) and would like to have all future activities on their calendar. As you wrote, there are workarounds for this necessity.
Hello @robcrac sorry for late response . At the moment, reminders set inside updates don’t appear in the My Work calendar unless they’re assigned directly to you. Update reminders aren’t designed to be visible as shared future activities.
For better visibility of follow ups, most teams use
Date or Timeline columns with reminders enabled
Automations to set a follow up status or date when an update is posted
Subitems for follow ups, each with an owner and date
