Are you referring to the ability of including your own branding to emails generated through our Outlook or Gmail Integration?

Correct, when I first added this integration you could reply through Monday to an email but it wouldn’t add your signature.

Would you be able to write into support@monday.com? I’d like our support team to take a closer look into this. Since the email is being sent through your Gmail or Outlook email, if you have a signature saved in the email template, the signature should go along with the email generated through monday.com.
We’d love to test a few things on our end in the support channel to make sure we are giving you the most accurate guidance and response
