A previous user saved a few templates within a workspace and it shows the little icon saying that it is a template (the first two). I’ve tried saving the next two as templates. They do indeed save as a template in the template center, but it doesn’t have the icon in the workspace. What am I doing wrong?
Hi Andrew, this is MK from Mindflows. Your templates are saved, but likely not set as workspace templates. To show the icon in the workspace, make sure you publish them to the workspace, not just the Template Center. Also, try refreshing—sometimes it’s just a display delay.
Hey Andrew, The templates are saved correctly, but to see the template icon in the workspace, they need to be published specifically as workspace templates—not just saved to the Template Center. You can do this by selecting ‘Publish to Workspace’ when saving or editing the template. Also, if you’ve already done that, try refreshing the page, as there can sometimes be a short delay before the icon appears.
