[Screenful] Creating reports from monday.com time tracking data

Do you find monday’s reporting capabilities too limited when it comes to reporting time tracking columns? Worry no more. Screenful has introduced an advanced reporting for monday’s time tracking data. It enables reporting detailed hours across boards by item and user, within the selected date range. Time time tracking data can be viewed in multiple charts including, line, bar, stacked bar, and the list view.

Time logged by individual by item

You can track time logged by an individual in a Task list by adding Time logged by as a column. That allows you to see how much time each team member logged for each item:

The numbers are summed so that you can see each team member’s total time logged so far.

Time logged by individual by item within a date range

To see how many hours have been logged by team member by item within a time period, select Time tracking (within date range) from the menu:

Selecting it reveals a date range menu that allows you to narrow the results to items with time logged within the selected period.

Now the Time tracking and Time tracking (Time logged by) colums show the total time logged to items within the specified date range. You can use the drop down menu on top of the chart to filter the list by the user who logged the time.

You can filter the list by any drop-down or text column on your board and the resulting charts can be placed on a Monday dashboard, or exported to CSV or JSON.
