Monday current version (2025/Dec), only invoices created into Customer Board - Update/Notes area are visible - in the Update/Notes area. The ones created into Invoice/Quotes Board are note visible - even created in other boards (using Invoice botton) do not appear into Customer Board (notes/updates area).
For a better picture of the customers, in order to create a better relationship) it is valuable have all the mail information from the customer in one area.
After a long conversation with Monday Support team I received the following answer about this topic: “Specifically, invoices will not automatically appear under the Customer board unless they are created directly from the item itself within the Customer board. This behavior is a known limitation of the current system .”
What are you trying to achieve
The possibility of all invoices create in any board are visible into Customer Board - Update/Notes area.
