I am looking to hire an expert to consult on a restructuring of our boards used for tracking leads and case management.
We are a small firm of about 10 full-time employees. We interact with maybe between 800-1000 leads and service around 300 clients annually.
When I joined the company 2.5 years ago, they had just adopted Monday, and I ended up developing lots and lots of custom automations in Integromat (now Make) so that we could use Monday as a CRM. No one on the team had experience in database design, and this has led to a somewhat sprawling and redundant (albeit powerful and highly automated) environment with lots of room for improvement.
I would like to consult with someone with experience with database design, to plan an overhaul of our Monday account. I’m capable of implementing the changes, but I would like to hire a consultant for a series of meetings in which we review the current set up, identify normalization issues and other design flaws, and then develop a plan for a revised architecture.
