Extremely important to know who has seen or not seen items.
“Seen” in update helps, but not efficient.

Maybe something to develop an app for. What would be the exact definition of “seen”? When you open / view a board you do “see” all the items. Or do you want “interacted with” for people that interacted with the item (open item card / view updates)?
