Set Condensed View as default for Emails & Activities

Add a user preference setting to make Condensed View the default for Emails & Activities, instead of defaulting to Comfortable View each time.

What are you trying to achieve

Currently, the Emails & Activities tab defaults to Comfortable View, which only displays 2-3 emails per screen. Our team prefers Condensed View because it shows 10+ emails at once, making it much easier to scan ticket history and follow conversation threads. However, we have to manually click the view toggle button every time we open a ticket. We’d like a user preference setting that remembers our choice and defaults to Condensed View automatically, eliminating the need to toggle it every single time.

hi @dpg-emilyw! you can try Email to Task for monday.com, with this app ypur emails can be converted directly into structured items (with owner, status, priority, due date, etc.). That way, communication is tracked in a clean board layout rather than in the E&A interface, which eliminates the need to switch between Comfortable and Condensed views.
