It would be so helpful to be able to set the navigation to closed by default for the Guest view. This would restrict our guests from being distracted by all the items in the navigation board. Some of my guest boards mirror information from other boards as well. Those boards show in the navigation pane. I’d like all of the navigation information to be hidden from the guest to reduce confusion and access to sensitive information.
What are you trying to achieve
I’m trying to make our content approval process as simple and user friendly as possible for the guests. If they have less things to click on, the easier it will be for them to navigate the approval process. I also want to hide any information they are not supposed to see.
