I’ve played around with the boards and the templates most of the day today to create a complicated workflow process and I am stuck on how to create a flow that would attach to each Lead. I have Company and Contacts with who these leads are referred to me and who the contacts are at these companies. The system wants to create leads into contacts, which is not what I want to do. I’d like to keep the leads as leads, and as they go through the customer journey, be automatically placed in Working, Closed, Open etc. And with each of these leads, I’d like to have an attached workflow that goes with each one. I’ve created the types of leads, Outside, Referred and Inside. But I cannot attached these and I’d like someone to help me that knows what they are doing becuase this would be the exact thing that I need for my company. Thanks
