I am working on a project for my quality assurance team at our industrial bakery. I have several types of Audits that we would like to track. Some are monthly, Quarterly, or annually. For example, 1 QA project sends out water samples annually, Environments Quarterly (15th day of last month of quarter), and Product samples monthly. How do I put all of this in a board and calendar so it can be tracked by our QA team?
You can use board automations to create items for each occurence of your QA check.

You can schedule the creation of items or whole groups on your board. Column values will be set according to your template definition. Due dates can be defined as values relative to item creation time.
