Setting Up Reporting Governance in Monday: Seeking Advice & Templates

Hi everyone,

I’m looking to use Monday as a governance tool to manage and track reporting requirements for my organisation. Some reports are owned by my team, while others we’re only responsible for submitting.

I’d love to see how others have approached this — particularly how you:

  • Plan out reporting requirements for the year ahead

  • Ensure all reporting obligations are met

  • Capture where information comes from and is stored (so we can start consolidating our “sources of truth”)

  • Stay proactive in managing reporting governance

I’m new to Monday (coming from Smartsheet), so any examples, templates, or tips would be hugely appreciated.
