When sharing a view. None of the columns seem to be editable.

  1. Is there any way to make the voting columns actionable when sharing a view?
  2. Is there a way to password protect the shared view or only allow board guests to see it, so that its not 100% public?
  3. When sharing a view, does it become indexed by google?

it sounds like you are looking for ‘shareable’ boards, rather than the shareable view.
