I want to create a report in the Dashboard that shows only the subitems; I don’t need the main item, similar to JIRA which allows viewing all subitems or subtasks.
Hello @iziel, you should be able to do this easily by selecting the subitems columns?
I’m not seeing that for the Table widget. I can get some control with the Gantt and Timeline widgets, for example, but I’m not seeing that for the Table widget.
Hello @iziel You’re not missing anything. The Table widget can’t be filtered to show only subitems by themselves. It can only show subitems through the Subitems column, not as a standalone “subtasks only” view like Jira.
That’s why Gantt and Timeline have more control, but Table doesn’t.
Best workarounds are syncing subitems to a separate “Subtasks” board or using the Subitems column and hiding parent item columns.
