Small commercial production company


We are a small commercials production company based in London looking for some pros to help advise us.

We are 4 x full-time + 3-4 freelancers at most times ) a mix of in-office and remote working. We use a mix of slack, google sheets, g-cal and and for project managing, costing tracking budgets and coms.

Looking for a consultation with someone pro at all these software to be able to advise on how we can integrate and be most efficient in our use of all these systems and see where we might streamline and centralise how we’re working.

If this is something you might be able to help with i would love to chat and get an idea of costs etc. Ideally someone who’s familiar with Media/film production company needs.
