Some Emails not being sent through Outlook

Today’s issue (seems to be a new one every day) is about 70% of emails sent so far are not sending through outlook. Monday emails and activity shows a red box “Email Not Sent” and nothing is in my sent items on my Outlook desktop client.

Having tested this on my own work, and personal, emails; there is no issue at all and all emails are being sent.

Checking my User Email setting, all seems set up correctly.

What could be causing this? Is it another bug?

I’ve not seen this on my account. Are these being sent via automation or part of a sequence?

Hi Desiree, the issue resolved itself last week but is now back. Just one of the email I’ve sent today has been sent - On the Emails and Activates tab it states “Email Wasn’t Sent” in Red, and there are no sent items in my Outlook, or Outbox.
These are being sent manually written, via Monday Email facility, which has been operating well until this issue.
Any advice for me?

Have you tried disconnecting/reconnecting your email account?
