SOS. Notifications Bug - Please HELP

Hi everyone,

Anyone experiencing a bug today? March 2, 2021. My entire team is not getting their email notifications for any updates in Monday. The notifications in Monday is also delayed. I’ve reported it to Monday. Yet. I haven’t gotten any replies yet.

There wasn’t any changes made in our account, as far as I know. All notification options from our profile has checked off and turned on ever since. So I don’t know what is really going on here.

Please help!


I haven’t experienced any major issues today and I haven’t seen any of the Incident emails go out. Also the status page doesn’t show anything

If there is a issue on Mondays end, maybe its just not reported yet. But it could be a regional issue or client side(internet connection).

Hopefully support gets back to you soon…
