I am running several boards for our APQP systems and they all have interconnectivity within the respective department boards. When our engineering team finishes their control plans/PFMEA, our quality team is to be notified so they can begin working. The control plan/PFEMA are individual subitems among several other subitems underneath the main line item, which is the part number, and I have no way to have those two specific subitems to notify our quality guys that control plan/PFMEA are complete.
TLDR; looking for a way to get a formula for ‘when subitem status is marked Done and subitem name is control plan or PFMEA, notify quality manager’
