Currently workload splits time evenly over the length of the job instead of maxing out the hours per day. So if I have a 16 hour job and a 12 hour max per day, it will assign 8 hours day 1 and 8 hours day 2. I want it to put 12 hours into day 1 and then the remaining hours on day 2
