I created a customer satisfaction survey in our service board, and I want the responses to be shown on the item from which they were sent and not create a new item. I’ve added a tag on the end of the survey link, but it just creates a new item with the name of the original item.
Hi Brady, Tom from monday’s Customer Experience here Currently, our WorkForms can only create new items, and not update existing ones, but I think we might be able to achieve a similar goal to what you’re looking to achieve with connect boards type columns/questions. This type of question allows the new items created by a form to be connected to existing ones and mirror details between them. You’ll need to look at a 3rd party app then ie SuperForm, it allows for that functionality. I asked which tier, because if you had Enterprise, you get a few more features on workforms.
