Survey Responses

I created a customer satisfaction survey in our service board, and I want the responses to be shown on the item from which they were sent and not create a new item. I’ve added a tag on the end of the survey link, but it just creates a new item with the name of the original item.

Is there a way to do what I want?

Hi Brady, Tom from monday’s Customer Experience here :waving_hand: Currently, our WorkForms can only create new items, and not update existing ones, but I think we might be able to achieve a similar goal to what you’re looking to achieve with connect boards type columns/questions. This type of question allows the new items created by a form to be connected to existing ones and mirror details between them. Which product (CRM/Work Management, etc) and level (Pro/Enterprise) do you have?

You’ll need to look at a 3rd party app then ie SuperForm, it allows for that functionality. I asked which tier, because if you had Enterprise, you get a few more features on workforms.
