Sync With External Data sources - what is the best way?

Hi,
I need to integrate my Monday boards in two ways:

  1. Export my Monday boards to BigQuery tables.
  2. Sync external tables as boards from MongoDB documents.

Do you know of any recommended solutions?
I came across an app called BigQuery Integration. Has anyone used it?

Do you have any other integration solutions that you have found successful for connecting to Monday.com?
