Is it possible to create two tables of the same structure, (with different permissions a table for the guests, and a table for my colleagues) and when he creates an item in a table, it is also created in the other. Hi @ElsaL - you should checkout the VLOOKUP app. This is a very simple way to keep multiple boards in sync and we have used it for a number of clients.
