I have a fill forum that contains drop down items, is there a way to convert my drop-down items into a notification or note that is automatically left inside of the update’s column once the fill forum is complete and the item is submitted to the board, so everyone can just check the updates column only?

The dropdown column looks like it’s part of a monday.com form is that right?
Form submissions lead to an item creation on the board, so you could set up a webhook to listen to items created and use the payload (which contain column value details) to send a mutation to the updates to add the values there.

@nlopez1907 To do what Bill is suggesting, you would need to create a processor for the webhook. This could be done using something like Make or Zapier. If you have not used these before, this would be a good first project.
