I am the Director of my department and while it took some finagling to get My Work to work the way we needed for each employee we are now up and running and appreciate most of the features. (Outside of the missing parent item names).
The challenge I have is that I need to easily be able to see the My Work for each team member. I know that I can customize the settings, but this is very labor intensive to do for each person since I need to see different fields on different boards for each one. And then I have to redo it all the next time. If there was option to save different “views” on My Work so that I could have one labeled Karen, one for Lauren, one for Rita, and so on… that would be HIGHLY helpful to me.
