Team not getting Daily Digest email, but getting all updates

Hello!
Currently trying out Monday.com to switch from Asana and this feature is the only thing holding me up from purchasing. My team and I are not receiving the Daily Digest email and I cannot figure out why. We get all the other types of emails just fine. We all have the the daily digest email checked in profile->notifications too. Spam folder is empty. Everything else seems to work great, but just this one issue holding me up.

Any ideas on what to do would be greatly appreciated!

Can you write into support@monday.com about this, and tell us the emails of your teammates and share a screenshot of the kinds of emails you are getting?

Then we can take a closer look :slight_smile:
