Right now, you can only save plain text emails as templates in Monday Sales CRM’s mass emailing feature. Would love to be able to save HTML code as templates as well.

If you’re looking to save more customizable email templates in monday.com, you might want to check out EasyMails. It lets you create and save email templates using a drag-and-drop editor within monday.com. I’ve found it pretty handy for designing more tailored emails.
