Im looking how to automate having a text update show the previous status the item was in, not the status I changed it to. I tried {previous.Status} with no luck. Does anyone know the proper command for this?
Hi @mattia.camponesco , I have a board with this scenario on it. What I’ve done is added the custom AI prompt column and with no prompt, just selected the status column so it converts that to text.
Then my automation is when status changes to anything, create an update with the AI text column & actual status column.
