Ok, hope this doesn’t get misunderstood
There are some features that if I add them, it makes me double the price of what I’m paying.
• I have 5 licenses, if I’m going to add one more person in my team, I need to buy 5 more licenses, making me pay double the amount with one more license needed.
I, as the leader of my team, want to have more control of the boards, assign boards to some of my team, or block a project. But If I want to upgrade my account, just to assign to the team control. No, I need to upgrade all the licenses.
• Could it be possible to just upgrade one and not the others?
I would like to start to do the email sequence, but if I want it, it is not my account that I’m upgrading. Thanks to how the plans are built, I will need to upgrade the whole team, why if I’m the one that wants to set the email sequences, have to pay multiple licenses or upgrades.
Other thing. I pay loom service, before using Monday, but after seeing it on the app, I fell in love of having it. Didn’t switch because it meant that I need to pay it twice. The plugin doesn’t connect to my loom, it treats it as a different account.
I saw in Trustpilot plenty of people were backlashing on Monday and ClickUp because of this reason.
Give us the option to make smart upgrades. Yes, I will have more people in my Monday account, but don’t want to double my payment because of one extra license. Yes, I want to have more control, but why if I’m the leader, or I’m assigning a member the control of that upgrade? Why do I need to pay the same function to all my team, making it useful to Monday in their charging, and not to the user that would like to keep growing in the platform?
I have no plan to leaving, I love the service, just giving an honest feedback on what can be modified, in a 5-star SaaS company
I would like to upgrade but in a more useful manner.
