Tickets Platform - Connecting Tickets to Clients

I am doing a trial of the ticketing platform and we currently have the CRM platform. Does anyone know if there is a way to track tickets to a specific client in the CRM platform? We want to be able to track how many and types of tickets logged in a year per client.

What tier do you have ie Pro or Enterprise? If you have Enterprise, you can use the workflow center to ‘find matching’ email/client and connect.

We are on the Pro tier.

Can still be done with Pro, just not as ‘easy’. You’ll need to go to your automation center and search for ‘Logic’ in the templates. I’d recommend ‘connecting’ based on email address on your contact board.

Then on your contact board you can add an item widget ‘inside’ the item to show connected items to list out all related tickets.
