Hey monday.com community,

I’m currently working with a proper hierarchy structure in my workspace—folders, subfolders, and child folders. I want to automate the creation of a board from a template using the Workflow Center, based on multiple conditions.

However, I’ve realized that the Workflow Center doesn’t seem to have a native action to create a board from a template.

Has anyone found an effective way to achieve this using only the Workflow Center (or any creative workarounds that stay within the monday.com ecosystem)? I’m trying to avoid manual steps or external triggers as much as possible.

Would really appreciate any insights or suggestions!

Are you able to use automations instead of the workflow center?

If you need to use workspaces, there is one where you can have it ‘duplicate’ a board (which could be a template?)
