Track events, automate user engagement, and boost app growth - try our new tool

Hey Developers!
We’re thrilled to announce that the App Management Product is officially out of alpha.

Designed for developers and owners of monday apps, this tool helps you to track and react to key app events, automate responses, engage your users, and ultimately drive app growth - all seamlessly within a monday.com board.

It is now available to install and use from the monday marketplace.

Here’s how the App Management Product brings value to your app and users:

  • Track key events: Automatically log installs, trials, uninstalls, and more as board items, giving you real-time visibility into your app’s lifecycle.
  • Boost user engagement: Use the included customizable templates to send onboarding emails, trial reminders, subscription updates, or uninstall follow-ups to keep users engaged and active.
  • Save time with automation: Automate workflows and notifications triggered by lifecycle events, so you can focus on growing your app while ensuring timely and consistent communication.
  • Improve conversion and retention: Proactively engage users during critical stages, reducing churn and increasing satisfaction.
  • Get churn insights: View user-provided uninstall reasons to spot trends and take action to reduce churn.

How to start using it:

  1. Install the App Management Product from this link.
  2. Customize your automations: Use the pre-configured templates as a starting point and customize them to align with your app’s value proposition, capabilities, and tone.
  3. Monitor and optimize: Track your users’ actions, analyze performance, and tweak your workflows for even better results.

This is really neat. Works as described on the tin.

Would be cool to be able to get historical app lifecycle events data though.

This is great!
A quick question - How does this work with the 1000 items limitation in the developer account? We’re going to get blocked real quick no?

Hello there @Fantasy-Media-Team,

Would you be able to please fill this form with a link to this community topic, the ID of your app, the ID of your account, and a request for us to increase the limit for your boards?

This is a great tool, i started using it and it’s really reliable. One thing though - I’d love to see more columns like email, account slug, user ID etc (so I can promote discounts and such without diving too deep to figure the account slug). But regardless, great work anyone involved in this

Become available this week:
When users uninstall your app, do you know what’s driving them away? Are they missing key features, struggling with setup, or finding it too costly? Understanding why users leave is crucial for improving retention - and now, that insight is easily accessible with the latest update to App Management Product (AMP).

With the new Uninstall Reasons table in AMP, you can skip the guesswork. This new capability gives you direct visibility into why users uninstall, helping you take action where it matters most. Whether it’s refining your product, improving onboarding, or adjusting pricing, real user feedback can now guide your next steps.

If you’ve already installed AMP, follow these steps to activate the new capability:

  1. Navigate to the workspace where AMP is installed.
  2. Click the ”+” button next to your workspace name.
  3. Select “Apps” from the dropdown menu.
  4. Click on “Uninstall reasons” to activate it.

@OmerK this is really great.
I now went to set it up but I’m wondering how does this work with the 1000 items limitations in the dev account?

@OmerK Oh totally missed this. Will this not come to the webhook events?
