Looking for input on how to architect Monday.com for Manufacturing plants. If we have multiple plants, say 17, should each plant have its own workspace or should we just have one regional workspace with each plant having its own folder with multiple project boards? or? Looking for ease of use perspective of plant users and also to not hit any limits or admin nightmares.

Good question, it really depends on how each plant works.
Does each plant have the same structure, needs and flow? Do you want each team to have access to each project/plant? It would be good to first draw out the workflow, permissions, sub-teams and way of working and then decide what would work best.
A workspace can be structured with specific permissions and projects. Where as one workspace will have the same way of working but with the folders separating departments and teams.
