Turn off Default Grammar Settings for "Changing Item Terminology"

I would like to request the ability to change item terminology with our requested format. Currently, it will only capitalize the first letter, even if that’s not how I typed it. Sometimes, we use abbreviations like COI, but it changes it to Coi, as if it’s a word.
