Hello, I’m currently a client of two agencies. Both use monday.com. is there a way to view the boards from each agency in my account? In other words, I want to be able to view my projects from two different agencies in one view. How do I make that happen?
Cool suggestion - we’re actually working on adding in a grid of accounts which will hopefully achieve what you’re asking for. This is still in the research and development stage so I don’t know exactly how it will work but it will be available on Enterprise as far as I’m aware!
Maybe an easy solution is to create a drop down in the login. Add a function that says do you have more than one account then that engages dual logins. You’ll have to exit one account and then log into another account. But at least that saves entry the URL etc
You can switch already between accounts. If you are logged into both on your browser, you can click on the top left in the pane where the monday logo is and switch between them easily:
Is there any update on this issue? I currently have an account with my consulting firm and function as a guest on a client’s account. I engage with both accounts regularly and have find it to be a great inconvenience switching between the two accounts. I would love to see all the boards that I have access to in one list. I am aware of the “Switch Accounts” feature that appears as a menu item after both accounts have been logged into. However, I often find that the feature forgets my accounts after I close the app or re-start my computer. Furthermore, I do not see this feature on the mobile app.
Hope to find a better solution soon. Thanks, Matt
+1 to this. Any agency or consultant using monday with multiple accounts has the same painful experience of everything being disconnected. I would love it if at least inbox and notifications were the same across all accounts as a starting point. Better yet, if other accounts/boards came into your main (self owned) account’s sidebar list, just like secondary workspaces.
We use Monday as an internal tool for our design consultancy. But we also share boards with clients. We also have clients that share boards with us.
Both we and our client find it frustrating that one needs to switch workspaces to access a board that has been shared with them. This requires administering multiple “accounts” and makes keeping track of tasks and projects much more challenging. We would love to see the ability to have boards that have ben shared with you available in your own existing workspace (Asana has this exact functionality)
Thanks for sharing and welcome!!
We are working on something close to this - more details to follow soon so stay tuned!
Great to hear Julia! We’ll keep our eyes peeled
@Julia-monday.com This probably could be merged with Two accounts view - #6 by jk193
+1 yes please make this enhancement a priority
A must in distributed teams!
This would be a great feature. Would it be possible to include within the pro account?
Any update here @Julia-monday.com ??
Our vision of the platform has changed a lot from when this questions was first asked back in 2019. We are currently not working on developing the ability to be able to jump between different accounts but instead to organize your teams with the use of Workspaces.
If you have specific needs and reason on why you need to have separate monday.com accounts, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can isolate any good solutions like:
1- Create bookmarks with specific boards from either account in order to simply click on the bookmark and jump from board to board
2- Switch between accounts using this option in your desktop browser:
