If you don’t see the option to create a WorkCanvas, it’s usually due to permissions or account setup. You’ll need edit permissions in that workspace. Viewers or guests won’t see the Canvas option, and private workspaces may also restrict it. Canvas availability can also depend on your account plan or whether it’s enabled on your account, which an admin can confirm.

Basically, WorkCanvas isn’t enabled everywhere yet. Permissions and workspace type matter most, and an admin can confirm availability for your account.
I ran into the same issue in our case, WorkCanvas wasn’t available in private workspaces and only workspace owners could create it. Once an admin created the canvas, other members could edit it.
