We have just had the multi-level feature added to our account. It’s good, but appears that I’m unable to drag and drop top level rows now - is this normal for this type of board?
I just tested in my account and I can drag and drop on multi level boards. What error are you getting?

On multi-level boards (the new board type with parent + nested subitem levels), the UI and structure are different from classic boards and some interactions like drag & drop reordering aren’t always the same as before. This can make dragging top-level items behave less reliably or feel limited compared to regular boards. Multi-level boards were introduced to support hierarchical workflows and are still evolving.
You can still reorder and move items using the item menu and other controls instead of relying on classic drag & drop, and sorting tools like board sort can help structure item order.
