I am currently working with connected boards and facing an issue with mirroring subitems. I am able to mirror subitems from board 6144971995 into board 7209341048, but when I try to mirror subitems from board 7209341048 into board 6144971995, they do not appear.
I have already:
Ensured that both boards have subitems enabled.
Deleted and re-added the Connect Boards and Mirror Columns multiple times.
Verified that the correct board connections are set up.
Despite these steps, I am still unable to mirror subitems from board 7209341048 to board 6144971995. Could you please help me troubleshoot this issue or confirm if there are any limitations preventing subitem mirroring in this direction?
My connected columns are parent items. I also connected sub item to item column, but I am not getting all the info needed. Is there a way to mirror subitems from board 7209341048 to board 6144971995?
This is what I am getting right now. I have connected subitems to items in board 6144971995. But I am not getting information. I think this is due to I have more than one subitem and one one column. I am thinking about redesigning my subitems from 6144971995 to match the subitems from board 7209341048. Is there a way to achieve this?
I have not been able to get subitems to populate from one board to another using an automation. I tried using a connect boards column on the parent line. The parent items move but the subitems do not. If you have a way to make that work, please share it with me.
