Unable to Synch my company outlook with Monday

Hi guys I have 2 questions,

Our company just signed in with Monday a few month ago. I would like to sync my business outlook email to monday (it’s the same email I use to connect to Monday) to use some automatisation. But when I try to log in with my outlook adress (after clicking on integrate) it tells me that my email doesn’t exist… But I use this email to connect myself to our business Monday platform…

My second question is regarding contacts. Is there a way to import a contact list from an excel sheet so they can be labelled as ‘‘person’’ in monday ? (let’s say, my excel sheet of the contact info of my athletes) so I don’t have to manually create them ?
