Unable to use account for a week. No Progress.

Desperate to get progress anywhere. We were paying for a pro version and found about the free nonprofit version which is amazing! We applied and were approved and started to work with the tech team to switch the account from pro to nonprofit and pay to add on additional users. This was a week ago. We reached out to support but just keep being told they are working on it. No other updates. This unexpected lock out of our workflow has been detrimental to our projects which is difficult as we had just switched over our workflow this year to Monday. It’s been immensely stressful as we are already dealing with immense stress in the community we serve.

Is anyone else having this issue switching? Any advice? Thanks!
