UpdatedAt field is missing for Groups , Items, Docs

Hi Team,

We have observed UpdatedAt field is missing for Groups , Items, Docs in List API’s. Can you please help us in exposing the UpdatedAt field.

Please let us know if there are any workarounds or when this can be delivered.
