Monday.com’s update section is extremely useful, however, when an automation is set to create item or move item to another board it won’t transfer over. It just erases and starts from scratch on the new designated board. Can this be addressed.
Hey @Joshing! At this time it is expected that the updates section will not carry over when a new item is created in another board via an automation. That said, if you’re moving an item via automation or manually, the updates section should transfer - so this sounds a little strange! To confirm, are updates not transferring when moving items between boards?
