Updating time tracking column based on a number field

Hello Monday.com geniuses,

I have a board that is pulling data in from Jira automatically. There is a field that captures the time spent against the jira ticket as a number column. I would like to update the boards time tracking column to reflect this number. IE. user assigned 5hrs to the jira time spent, update the board time spent column to 5hrs using the same date and time from jira.

This is because I have dashboard over multiple monday boards using time tracking column and I need to pull this in as well.

Unfortunately, this is currently not possible because monday does not allow the time tracking column to be updated (other than starting or stopping it) via any means except by the user in the normal way in the user interface.
