Uploading a column from Excel to the 'Update' section

You can copy a column from Excel and paste its content into the “Updates” section of each item to add relevant notes or information. This works well for text-based content. Keep in mind that most platforms don’t support automatic bulk import into the “Updates” feed, so it may require manual input or integration tools for automation.
