Our current workflow has the our leads first and last names as the item name. We wan to separate these two into two fields, and alter the item name to just be the last name and extract the first name to another column.
You can use A.l. For this, but you’ll still be left with the item name column that has the full name. Is this something you’ll only need to do once? If so you could export the board into excel and separate them there using code, then import them again using tbe update option based on the email column or something unique to that item
